Log Messages

Here are some common warnings, alerts or log messages.

Errors

Peer detected on lan0:   60

Explanation: NIC Cables where connected reveresed. wan0 needs to connect to the wan router and lan0 needs to connect to the lan switch. See the Peer Detected on lan0 wiki entry on how to resolve this.

Alerts

Alert : Minimum Required Memory is 2GB

Explanation: Insufficient RAM for the number of peers configured. Failure is imminent.

Information

Warn : rsp_peer0 maximum retransmits reached, changing mode to server.

Explanation: Packet Loss Recovery switched to inactive mode.

ThreadSafeQueue: overflow

Explanation: This may indicate an error. Contact support to verify.
