How to remove RDP from the default interactive bypass group

Log into your Wanos Appliance and edit the groupobjects file.

vi /tce/etc/wanos/groupobjects

Press A or I to switch to edit mode.

Under the interactive group, remove port number 3389.

Press the ESC key and type wq! To quit and save the changes.

Make sure to disable RDP encryption and compression on the machines being tested.

Notes

RDP is by default in the interactive class which is provided a high priority. Removing RDP from the interactive bypass group may have a negative impact.
