Update Process 2.0.5 > 2.6.3

Is there a location to download the previous version sh and tar.gz files from as my applicance somehow does not download the update from the interne?. I am upgrading from 2.0.5 and it won't upgrade directly from 2.6.3.

Hi Chris,

You would need to run 2.6.2 first, then apply 2.6.3

wget http://wanos.org/updateinfo/update-2.6.2.sh
wget http://wanos.org/updateinfo/update-2.6.2.tar.gz
bash update-2.6.2.sh update

Thanks for that. I was able to download the updates. I also fixed my issue with access to the internet to download the updates. The issue I am having now is shown in the attached screenshot. It starts the upgrade and then errors with "Download failed. Exiting."

Hi Chris,

Lew managed to replicate the issue. There might be a problem on the Web hosting provider corrupting downloads (We are looking at adding a mirror). Please check that the files are exactly the following sizes:

ls -la update-2.6.2.*
-rw-r--r--    1 tc       staff         6620 Jan  5 15:46 update-2.6.2.sh
-rw-r--r--    1 tc       staff     86439500 Jan  5 15:49 update-2.6.2.tar.gz

If they don’t match, please retry the download. Please let us know if the download problem persists.

Thanks Antonie. That was the issue. I have been able to upgrade fine now.
