Slow Performance

There are many factors to consider in regards to slow performance.

  1. One scenario is when the DataStores get severely out of sync possibly due to sub-optimal configuration or a DataStore being cleared on a single end. The slow down will be evident until both DataStores are synced. One method to resolve this is to clear the DataStore on all peers.
  2. Expired trial keys will cause optimized traffic to be limited to the free Express capabilities
  3. Ethernet Interface settings, link errors and duplex mismatches will negatively affect performance.
  4. Hardware limitations. Use the benchmark tool to ensure the hardware can provide the required throughput.
