Deployment Mode

  1. Bridge Mode is a transparent, inline, bump in the wire deployment using two interfaces. Requires little to no configuration. This is the default option.
  2. Router mode uses only the wan0 interface, but uses two IP addresses for inside and outside routing. Requires routing configuration on WAN and LAN.
  3. Tunnel mode encapsulates optimized traffic in an UDP header and tunnels the optimized traffic to the remote end. MultiSite Peer IP configuration is required in order for Tunnel Mode to work.

Secondary Address / Mask
This option is only available in Router mode. It requires a secondary IP address (inside). Format IP/Mask x.x.x.x/x When enabled, internal traffic to be optimized should be routed to this gateway address.

WAN Gateway
Gateway on wan0 device. Default value is 192.168.1.1

WAN IP Address / Mask
wan0 IP Address. Format IP/Mask x.x.x.x/x Default value is 192.168.1.201/24
