v2.6.2 flash drive won't boot
« on: September 11, 2015, 08:55:47 PM »
Tried to burn 2.6.2 image on 32GB usb flash on two different W7-64 bit computers using Roadkil's DiskImage utility. The process appears to complete properly but the flash drive is not bootable on any device. Windows says the drive format is unrecognizable when trying to browse the drive. What other method can I use to download and get a system booted to wanos for testing?

thanks!

Greetings labnuke,

We have tested Win32DiskImager and Rufus to work in Windows. Here's a link to our how-to guide. Write an Image to a HDD or USB Flash Drive

Let us know if the guide was helpful and solves your issue.

rufus worked  :) I had tried the other Winimage utility per instructions but that failed. Thank you!
