Is it possible to setup wanos express to routed instead of bridged and how do i do it on wanos?

I want to have one end at the office and run the other end as an virtual appliance on my laptop to accelerate all internet traffic is it possible?

Yes, it should be.

See: Configuring Router mode

Example:
Router with VPN to office = 192.168.1.1
Wanos Wan0 =  192.168.1.2
Wanos VIRT_LAN0=192.168.10.1/24
Host PC = 192.168.10.100

The VM nic would need to be in bridge mode. Only one interface required.
On the host pc set the default gateway to 192.168.10.1
VPN router add 192.168.10.0/24 gw 192.168.1.2
CCIE RS, CCIE SP, Mnet&sys
