Configuration / NFS optimization

I have got the edge and core setup, I am wondering how to setup NFS optimization with a server 192.168.131.19 and a nfs mount on 193.168.1.10 over a ipsec vpn tunnel. Also how would I know optimization is in effect for other traffic? nfs-mount --> wanos-edge-vm --> pfsense-vm-ipsec --> wan --> pfsense-appliance-ipsec --> wanos-core-vm --> server. Thanks

I'm a little confused on how/where to place the VM appliance in our network setup, our setup is like this wan vlan on core switch-->riverbed-->SIG1000 firewall L2L vpns-->to core switch, and our ESXi servers area on a vlan. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
